Hang-on!

This project aims to prevent students age 12 to 24 from abandoning school. It is also intended to and to help them return there, regardless of the level of studies they have reached. A school retention intervenor will meet you to improve your motivation concerning your studies. Through this service, you will find:

• Someone willing to listen to your academic reality;
• Tips and tricks to keep you motivated at school;
• Advice if you think about abandoning school;
• Advice if you think about going back to school;
• Information about adult education centers;
• Information about the “student for a day” visits in vocational training centers;
• Help for your registration  in an education institution;
• The support you need in order to determine and realize your objectives;
• Tools to help you manage your stress and your time;
• Help for the organisation of  your schedule, school notes and books;
• Pointers on finding what stimulates you in life!

All this will be done in a respectful environment, with someone that can listen and provide advice and information about things that matter to you.
