Vélogik
Vélogik
is first and foremost a program designed to help youths age 16 to 30
who have a hard time with school or the employment market. It is also a
source of income in a steady work environment which gives the
opportunity to explore customer service, leadership, the environment
and bicycle mechanics. The project is based on three main themes:
- First, bicycle mechanics will make you develop manual labor skills but also provide you with tools to host mechanic workshops of your own.
- Second, presentations on climate change will help you acquire public speaking skills and increase your awareness of world events.
- Third, employability
will help you develop the skills needed for school or employment
integration, explore fields that interest you, figure out ways to reach
your objectivesand much more.
Hear
this! We are always on the lookout for used bicycles and, every now and
then, for new participants. We also offer the “Earn-a-Bike” program and
